- Assessment of the following documents as would be submitted by various Bidders:
- Audited / compiled financial statements;
- Two-year cashflow forecast / cash budget;
- Founding documentation/ annual reports/websites;
- Bank statements/ confirmation of balances used in cash forecast/budget;
- Prior period cash forecast/budget;
- Confirmation of available resources;
Internet searches for write ups in favour or against the service provider; and - Detailed reference checks.
- Evaluation of Tenderer managerial and technical ability and available resources.
- Conducting integrity risk evaluation of the Tenderer and its directors.
- Evaluation of reputational risk.
- Evaluate Tenderers operations, activities, locations, and key customers.
- Conduct reference checks.
Deliverables:Â
Produce a comprehensive Due Diligence Audit Report complete with a Risk Register with a risk rating on Financial Risk, Managerial and Technical ability, Integrity and Reputational Risk.
